Warami Assist is our standard support service which provides regular or ad-hoc maintenance for IT systems. Typically, support is provided for desktop PC's, servers and network equipment on a 'per-incident' basis and is chargeable by the hour. Customers willing to commit to a regular support contract (based on an agreed minimum number of support hours per month/quarter/year) are entitled to discounts on our standard rates.
Typical support work that we undertake includes:
- Routine PC/Desktop maintenance (clean and compact mailboxes, remove unused files, perform operating system updates, check and defragment hard disks etc.)
- One-off or regular server maintenance (operating system updates, critical security patches, backup and restore of critical data etc.)
- Desktop operating system installation or upgrades (Microsoft Windows Vista)
- Installation of Microsoft Office or other Line-of-Business applications
- Spyware and anti-virus removal
- Remote desktop support and user management
